Autism-Awareness.com, a family owned and operated business, was created with the soul purpose of raising autism awareness. Our goal is to have parents, teachers, family members and caregivers who knows someone with autism to take a stand and be their voice.
Why??........Because we love someone with autism too.
Before our son was diagnosed about four years ago, we had never even heard of Autism. This is why we are constantly trying to find a way to educate others about autism.
We have found that t-shirts and keychains have been a small but effective way to increase autism awareness. We hope that this and other autism sites will help raise enough awareness that the right doctors, teachers and therapists will get involved and find a way to help our children.
I began Autism Merchandise Store, LLC in 2004 and have been a very busy lady ever since. I have always had the desire to help people in some way, perhaps this is why I am a nurse. Yes, I am a nurse and run two webstores. After numerous request, Myfasthairgrowth.com launched in October of 2007 and is continuously growing on person to person recommendations. I operate both webstores on my days off from work, generally 2-3 days a week excluding weekends, so please bare with me. Orders generally ship within 1-5 business days and arrive to their destination within 5-10 business days. Considering my busy schedule, I think that is rather fast. My email response time for customer support is fast also however please allow up to 72 hours for an email response as if I happen to be working the day I receive your contact, I may not get back to you until I am off just because I am dead tired when I get off.
