Can I order by phone?
At this time we do not accept orders by phone. However, we do sometimes contact you by phone when there is a question with an order, so always enter a valid phone number. Unfortunately, we do not have the staff to answer questions or process telephone orders - BUT we do, however, monitor our emails for several hours each day. Feel free to contact us anytime via email with any questions. We pride ourselves on answering your questions and processing your orders timely and accurately! Please allow up to 72 hours for an email response.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days but depends on your shipping selection. We make every effort to have your order shipped in a timely manner generally within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If for some reason your item may arrive after 10 business days because of an out of stock item or whatever the case may be, you will be notified via email.

International shipments may take 1 to 2 additional weeks to arrive depending on location and will ship via Airmail Letter Post, Airmail Parcel Post, Global Priority, or Economy Surface Post at our discretion.
Large Bulk Orders may take an additional 1 to 3 weeks depending on the quantity and items purchased.
It has been two weeks and I have not received my order. What should I do?
If you have received a shipping notice from us stating your order has shipped then we suggest contacting your local post office with the tracking number we sent for your package. We will not be held accountable for packages lost by the postal service. Insurance is optional for orders $74.99 and below ($99.99 and below for international). Insurance is included in shipping cost for orders $75 and above($100 and above for international). We encourage the purchase of insurance for all packages $74.99 and below ($100 and below for international) in case of lost or damage by postal carriers for the purpose of reimbursement for cost.
Can I ship to a different address besides my own?
Absolutely. Just be sure to specify your shipping address when ordering.
What are my payment options ?
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover via our merchant account, maximum $500 per order. Orders over $500 must be processed via Paypal. We accept accept electronic checks and the following major credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover via Paypal secure online system. We also accept personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks via mail. Just print out your completed order and and mail it in with your payment. **Please note**For payments made with a personal check, order will be held/will not ship until check clears with OUR bank (usually 10 business days). We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
NSF Checks - Non-Sufficient Fund Checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge. For any amount not collected within 30 days, an additional charge of 1.5% per month will be added to the outstanding balance. Uncollected checks will be turned over for collection, and the check writer will be responsible for all collection costs.
Are the product images actual size?
No, images at times may be enlarged or reduced to display as much information as possible about the design of the merchandise. Actual products may slightly differ.
Where does proceeds go?

*FYI- Many of our products are created or put together by us.
Our shirts are either 50/50 cotton or 100% cotton depending on what we receive from our supplier. We always order the 100% but sometimes receive the 50/50, assuming our supplier sends what is in stock at the time. What is 50/50? 50/50 is 50% polyester and 50% cotton. The image is then transferred on the shirt using a heat transfer machine.
How do I cancel my order?
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL AS PLACED. Please review your order before submitting. Once confirmed by the customer, either through verbal authorization, in writing or by electronic transmission, all orders as submitted and processed via the web site, email, phone, fax or mail are final.
How do I return or cancel my large bulk order?
All orders are final as placed. No cancellations, No exceptions. Because of the large quantity of wholesale/discount items, wholesale/discount items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects of workmanship.
What is considered a large bulk order?
Any order that has received a price discount due to the purchase of a large quantity of items.
What is the cost for shipping and handling?
Shipping Cost is based on a flat amount according to the amount of your purchase and the weight of your items purchased. Our system automatically calculates shipping cost and allows several shipping cost options (Standard, Priority, Express, International) when applicable. Insurance is included in shipping cost for all U.S.orders subtotalling $75 and over.
