Returns
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless due to our error.
Altered items are not returnable.
NO RETURNS on personalized merchandise unless due to our error.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by AUTISM-AWARENESS.COM.
Returns without prior authorization will be refused.
Claims must be made within 5 days from receipt. Items must be returned within 2 weeks.
Please allow up to 14 business days for credits to be processed.
Cancellations
ALL ORDERS FINAL AS PLACED. Once confirmed by the customer, either through verbal authorization, in writing or by electronic transmission, all orders as submitted and processed via the web site, email, phone, fax or mail are final.
